This Hinckley Picnic Boat EP is in showroom condition. This boat was purchased in 2018 after an extensive refit to the tune of $30K with 613 hours on engine at that time. The boat currently only has 690 hours on the engine. When not “on the water” has always been stored inside an insulated, heated climate-controlled boat shed. Canadian boats are typically only in the water for June, July & August. The other 9 months, out of the water in storage.

The very desirable Slate Blue hull is in excellent condition and bottom was recently “bead blasted” to remove all old anti-fouling paint and fresh anti-fouling paint applied to the bottom over last winter. The engine was serviced at end of last season, oil changed, all new oil and fuel filters installed. Both 80 gal aluminum fuel tanks were “topped off” with diesel fuel at the end of the season. The three batteries were replaced in 2019. All the anodes have been replaced over the winter. The boat is “turn-key” and ready to go in the water for the lucky purchaser of this beauty. The boat comes with a mooring cover and cockpit sunfly (shade awning).

All the woodwork on this beautiful boat is a 9 out 10. The Picnic Boat EP (Extended Pilothouse) sleeps two comfortably forward and includes head with shower and galley. An L-shaped settee with table and two forward-facing STBD seats are in the pilothouse. All the stainless rails and fittings are in excellent condition. Boat always draws admirers wherever it goes.

Boat is equipped with single Yanmar 6LY2A-STP, six-cylinder FWC, turbo charged diesel, 324 kw @ 3300-rpm. Boat is equipped with a Hamilton Jet Drive, Model 292.

  Boat is also equipped with:

  •  Raymarine ST-60 Tri-data, speed, depth, navigation and temp display.
  •  Raymarine C-120 radar/chart plotter
  • Raymarine ST-6000
  • Std Horizon VHF radio with DSC
  • Zantrex battery charger

All the original operational/build manuals are included with the boat.

Also included with the boat is a tri-axle trailer purchased new in 2018.

This is truly a one-of-a-kind Picnic Boat EP. She combines the classic lines of the Picnic Boat with a stunning designer color scheme throughout. She lacks for nothing. This boat will turn every head in the harbor, she’s that unique!
